Pictures in Order:
Some church on Hugenot Street, the oldest street in America with its original buildings intact.

(these are pictures from New Paltz. I really can't figure out this whole picture thing.)

feeling lazy to really update. Here's a bulleted list of things going on in my life as of late:

-I got promoted to bookfloor lead. It's exciting. Well, I like what I'm doing for the time being, and if anything I'm making a bit more money and guaranteed hours. I can concentrate on GRE studying with my hours and what not. I'm in charge of Holiday Merchandising. How Fancy.
-I've been giggly a lot lately. There's a boy. I don't know what's going on, but it's been really nice.
-Oh, and I went to New Paltz this past weekend. A really pretty town, and the trip captured the essence of fall: pumpkin picking, used bookstores, mountains of trees with the leaves changing, etc. The weather was pretty much perfect and I had a good time. New Paltz-o-nians are okay; its a crunch, organic, artsy kind of population. Nonetheless, I wish to thank Econo Lodge for giving us a good rate on our second night, Bauchus Beer House for an interesting dinner Saturday Night, that organic coffee bar with the best chocolate chip bar I've ever had, our two girls at the Sunnoco Station who proudly exclaimed that they sold beer until 3 or 4 am (and for their endearing brainless-ness) Minnewaska State Park for the 5 mile hike, (yes, I went on a five mile hike), and Awosting Falls for the perfect backdrop after 2.5 mile longhaul..
-Halloween is coming up! I'm dressing up as a sexy gangster (of course) for Mike's bday party in the city. It should be lots of fun- I'm looking very foward to it.
-Marie Antoinette comes out in theatres this weekend! On Friday night, upon our arrival to New Paltz we stayed in with 2 six packs and watched Conan....who happened to have both Jason Schwartzman AND Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins. I wet myself.
-This time tomorrow I will be enjoying some Vosges Chocolates via UPS. TASTY! : vosgeschocolate.com.

Here are Pics from New Paltz.

Where is New Paltz? Never heard of it. Looks really really pretty though.

Project Runway. What'd you think? I was so disappointed in Michael. And I think I might be the only one who didn't like Jeffrey's green and white stripe/zipper dress. I thought it looked like a costume.

I liked Laura's collection, and while I do think she's a one-note, I don't think it's fair that she was penalized for it. She has talent and she makes beautiful clothes, it's just... Well, no one's gonna go buy the whole collection, they just need one or two of those dresses in their closet. So it's not like they all have to be radically different.

Uli's was really strong. I think she was the most diplomatic with her approach. Doing exactly what the judges wanted. Really thought she was gonna win.
